The Signal Strength Media Pack is supplied according to the following Terms and Conditions of Use:
1. All content (including graphics, text, and other Intellectual Property) and the design thereof remains Copyright © 2015 Signal Strength and Copyright © 2015 Kelwin. All rights reserved.
2. Permission is granted to use this content (including graphics and text) solely for the purpose of promoting Signal Strength. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
3. Where necessary to blend with appropriate backgrounds, graphic colors may be adjusted, but only where this is an improvement and is in no way detrimental to the identity and public perception of Signal Strength. No other adjustments to graphics are permitted. Care must be taken to ensure the aspect ratio (width to height) of all graphics remains correct.
4. Copy (text) may be used in whole or in part for the sole purpose of promoting Signal Strength. Modification to wording is permitted only where this continues to identifiably promote Signal Strength and is in no way detrimental to the identity and public perception of Signal Strength.
5. All files contained in the Media Pack (including the Terms of Use) must remain together, especially if being sent to another party.
6. "Signal Strength", the Signal Strength logo, and "Teaching Machines to Dance" are trademarks of Signal Strength and Kelwin. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted at law, Signal Strength is providing this Media Pack and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this Media Pack or the information, content, or materials included in this Pack including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Signal Strength does not represent or warrant that the content of this Media Pack is accurate, complete or current. Media Pack content is subject to change without notice.
